Professional, Friendly and Courteous Service

Our chauffeurs are licensed professionals trained in both safety and sensitivity. To ensure the integrity of our drivers, we conduct a drug screening test and criminal background check (including fingerprinting, Social Security trace and a check of the Florida State Police and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) databases.)

Additionally, all our chauffeurs, including those for our VIP non-emergency transportation service undergo intensive classroom and on-the-road training, incorporating navigation and our high-level customer service standards. And because we are working with precious cargo all of our drivers must participate in 30 hours of sensitivity training, helping them understand the needs of people with disabilities through hands-on learning experiences and role-play activities.

We believe through awareness, knowledge and skill-building, our sensitivity training helps develop greater professional cultural competence for serving the needs of the disability community
